Privacy policy.
Last updated 8 May 2026. We follow GDPR, CCPA and the spirit of treating you like a human.
What we collect
- Account data — name, email, password (hashed), profile details you choose to share.
- Portfolio & project data — images, files, briefs, messages and metadata you upload.
- Payment data — handled by Stripe; we store transaction IDs, not card numbers.
- Usage data — pages viewed, features used, device & browser, IP address (anonymized after 30 days).
Why we use it
- Run the Service: matching, messaging, search, payments.
- Improve the product (privacy-first analytics — no third-party tracking ad networks).
- Send transactional emails. Marketing only with your opt-in.
- Fraud detection & trust & safety.
Who we share with
Only the third parties needed to run Fashion Freelancing: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Cloudflare (CDN/security), Sentry (error monitoring), PostHog (privacy-respecting analytics). We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can access, export or delete your data at any time from Settings → Privacy. EU/UK users have additional rights under GDPR; California users under CCPA.
Retention
We keep account data while your account is active. After deletion, project history is retained for 90 days for tax/dispute reasons, then anonymized.
Security
Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). 2FA available. SOC 2 Type II in progress.
