3D virtual sampling — for brands & manufacturers

See the garment before a single stitch is cut.

Send your tech pack. In days you're reviewing a production-accurate 3D sample — true fabric drape, every colorway — with no couriers, no cutting, no waiting on a factory queue.

This is what lands in your inbox. Spin it.

A real deliverable — drag it, zoom in, inspect the seams. Your factory and your buyers review exactly this.

Built in CLO3D — the same sample your factory and buyers receive.

Why it matters

One sampling round. Two very different waits.

Same garment, same tech pack — watch the difference.

Waiting on a factory sample
  • Weeks of waitingfrom brief to a sample in your hands
  • One colorwayeach new colorway is a new sample
  • Fabric cut every roundmaterial and labour spent on guesses
Your 3D round with us
  • First render in 24 hoursthe clock starts when your brief lands
  • Every colorway includedrendered from the same model, no extra rounds
  • Changes in hoursfit, colour or fabric — two revision rounds built in

We design the garment in 3D and hand over the files — what you sample physically, and when, stays your call.

How it works

Send a tech pack. Get a sample back.

This is what a sampling round with us actually looks like.

Day 1
We've got a bomber for AW25 — tech pack's done, fabric is 320gsm cotton twill. Can we see it in 3D before the factory sample?
Send the tech pack and fabric spec over. First render lands within 24 hours.
Here's your bomber — front, side, back. Thoughts? 3D sample — render v1
Collar's great. Can we see it in olive, and drop the hem 2cm?
Done — updated renders this afternoon. Not another sample round.

Final renders, turntable video and presentation deck — factory- and buyer-ready.

Accuracy, honestly

Real fabric physics, not pretty pictures.

We simulate from your actual fabric spec — GSM, stretch percentage, drape — so the render behaves like the textile, not like a video game. Most sample changes come from fit and fabric issues; that's exactly what a 3D pass catches before you cut.

A 3D sample is a design tool, not a replacement for your final checks. Most brands still make one physical proto before bulk — that decision stays entirely with you. If a construction is hard to simulate reliably, we'll say so up front.

Questions

Asked before every sample.

A tech pack is ideal, but a clear sketch with measurements and a fabric reference is enough to begin. The more spec you share — GSM, stretch, trims — the more accurate the sample.

We simulate from your actual fabric spec — weight, stretch percentage, drape — so the render behaves like the textile, not like a video game. Most fit and fabric issues show up here, before anything is cut.

Your first render lands within 24 hours of the brief. A full sample — renders, colorways, turntable and deck — typically delivers in 3–5 working days.

Two revision rounds are included with every sample — fit, colorway, fabric or camera angle, adjusted in hours rather than another multi-week round.

CLO3D and Browzwear — the two industry-standard engines — chosen per garment type. You don't need a licence or any 3D skills; we run everything in-house.

Your factory still works from your tech pack, as always — the 3D sample removes the ambiguity around it. Renders and the turntable video answer construction and fit questions before anything is cut. Whether you also make a physical proto before bulk is your decision — many brands do one.

High-resolution renders, an MP4 turntable video and a formatted PDF deck — all produced in CLO3D or Browzwear, the industry-standard 3D software. Other formats can be discussed per project.
