Grading can't fix a pattern that doesn't fit.
Grading scales a garment across sizes — it multiplies whatever the base pattern is. If the base fits, every size fits. If it doesn't, you've manufactured the same mistake five times. That's why we settle fit at the base size first, always, and why we'll say so even when it's the slower answer.

A tech pack is ideal, but a clear sketch with measurements works — and if you have a sample garment that fits the way you want, that's gold. We'll tell you within 24 hours if anything is missing before we quote.

That's the whole job. Every pattern ships with a measurement check against your spec at the base size, seam allowances marked per your construction, and notches and drill marks placed for the sewing line — the things factories reject patterns for.
You do. Patterns, blocks and grade rules are your property on final payment — you can take them to any factory, any time. We never reuse a client's block for someone else.
