Terms of service.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Fashion Freelancing ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must be 18 or older to create an account. One person, one account.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't post fake portfolios, stolen work or misrepresent identity.
• Don't try to circumvent escrow or take payments off-platform.
• Don't harass other members or send spam.
• Respect IP — only upload work you own or have rights to.

4. Payments & escrow

Project payments are held by Stripe in escrow until milestones are signed off. We charge no commission on project earnings. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually depending on your plan.

5. Content

You retain all rights to the work you upload. You grant Fashion Freelancing a limited license to display it for the purposes of the Service (search, discovery, profile pages).

6. Disputes

If a project goes wrong, raise a dispute from the project page. Our team aims to resolve within 48 hours. We may release, refund or split escrow based on evidence.

7. Termination

You can close your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee any specific outcome. Our total liability is limited to the fees you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll email significant changes 30 days before they take effect.
